Shower Rail or Twin Shower System?
A straight shower rail with a hand shower is the budget-friendly upgrade — one water feed, adjustable height, easy retrofit over an existing outlet. A twin shower system steps up to two outlets on one column: a fixed overhead rose for everyday showering plus a hand shower on the rail, switched by a diverter. If you are renovating, pair a twin shower with a diverter mixer so both outlets run from a single wall plate.
