Phoenix Kusabi Tapware, Perth
Japandi lines, a soft angled lever and four quiet finishes. Kusabi is Phoenix’s 2025 iF Design Award winner, and the whole range is 20% off RRP at QA Bathroom Warehouse in Malaga.
Calm, considered, and built to be changed later
Kusabi takes its cue from Japanese and Scandinavian design: a slim square body, a lever that sits at a gentle angle, and nothing that doesn’t need to be there. It suits pared-back bathrooms where the tapware should settle in rather than shout.
Every Kusabi mixer is lead free and SwitchMix compatible. The plumbing body goes into the wall once, and the visible fit-off kit can be swapped for a different finish, or a different Phoenix collection, years from now without touching the tiles. Kusabi also pairs with Phoenix showers and accessories, so you can finish the room in one finish from one brand.
Why buy Kusabi from QA Bathrooms
Phoenix sells Kusabi through a limited set of retailers, and we are one of them in Perth. You get the full range at 20% off RRP, the standard Phoenix warranty (15 years on the cartridge, 7 years on product, parts and finish), and a showroom at 1/807 Marshall Road, Malaga where you can hold the lever and see the finishes in real light before you commit.
We supply builders, renovators and commercial projects across Perth, and can quote a whole bathroom of Kusabi with matching Phoenix showers and wastes in one go.

Fit-off kit or complete kit?
A fit-off kit is the part you see: the lever, the backplate and, for wall sets, the spout. It fits onto a Phoenix SwitchMix rough-in body already in the wall. If you have a SwitchMix body in place, or you are changing an existing Phoenix mixer to Kusabi, this is all you need.
A complete kit adds the universal rough-in body for a new installation or a full renovation. Your plumber fits the body at rough-in stage and the Kusabi fit-off goes on once the tiling is done. We can supply the matching SwitchMix rough-in bodies with any Kusabi order.
Common questions
Is Kusabi available in Perth, or only through Tradelink?
Kusabi is stocked by a small number of Phoenix retailers. QA Bathroom Warehouse in Malaga supplies the full range across Perth and ships Australia wide.
What is SwitchMix?
Phoenix’s interchangeable mixer system. One rough-in body in the wall accepts any SwitchMix fit-off kit, so you can change the finish or the collection later without opening the wall.
What warranty does Kusabi carry?
15 years on the ceramic cartridge, 7 years on the product and parts, 7 years on the finish and 1 year on labour, backed by Phoenix Tapware.
Are the mixers WELS rated?
Yes. The basin and vessel mixers are 6 star, 4.5 litres per minute. The wall basin and bath sets are 4.5 litres per minute. Registration numbers are listed on each product page.
Can I match Kusabi with a shower and accessories?
Yes. Kusabi is designed to sit alongside Phoenix showers, wastes and accessories in the same four finishes. Ask in the showroom and we will put a matched set together.
