About wall mixer dress kits
A wall mixer is installed in two parts. The body, with the cartridge and the water connections, goes into the wall during the plumbing rough-in. The dress kit is the front-of-wall part you see: the plate and the handle. Fienza’s Quik-Switch system uses one universal body for the wall mixer and another for the diverter mixer, and every Fienza tapware range offers a dress kit that fits it. That means the tiler and plumber can finish the wall first, and the finish and style of the tapware can be chosen, or changed later, without opening the wall.
Dress kits are sold without the body. If you are starting from scratch you need the matching Quik-Switch body as well; if you already have a Fienza universal body in the wall, the kit alone is all you need to refresh the look. A wall mixer diverter kit adds the diverter control for switching between two outlets, typically an overhead and a hand shower, or a bath spout and a shower.
Plate shape is the main design choice: round, soft square and rectangular plates all suit different tiles and basins. Match the plate to the shape language of the basin mixer, shower head and accessories in the room for a resolved result.
