1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must be free from marks, scratches, or any damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Product Types & Return Conditions

Stock Products
  • Eligible for return.
  • No restocking fee applies when items meet all return conditions.
Special Order Products
  • Classified as items ordered specifically upon customer request and not regularly stocked.
  • Returns are accepted; however, a 20% restocking fee applies.
Custom-Made Products
  • Items made to customer specifications (e.g., custom vanities, custom stone tops, non-standard colours/sizes).
  • No cancellation, refund, or return is permitted once the order is placed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance (unless faulty as per Australian Consumer Law):
  • Shower screens
  • Mirrors
  • Custom-made products
  • Clearance items
  • Products that have been installed or used

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at admin@qabathrooms.com.au or (08) 9249 2026 to request the return.
  2. All items must be returned in original boxes, with all included parts and accessories.
  3. Return shipping or transport costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    • We recommend using a trackable delivery service.
  4. Items damaged during return transit may not be eligible for refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after items are inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged:
  • Notify us immediately with clear photos or videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
