Shower Mixers

Mixer or diverter
A single shower mixer runs one outlet, which suits a straightforward rail shower or a single overhead. If you want both an overhead rose and a handheld on the same wall, you need a diverter so one control can switch between them. Deciding this before the wall is closed up saves an expensive change later.
Installation notes
Mixer body depth has to suit your wall build-up, so check the rough-in depth against the finished tile face. Handle projection matters too on a narrow shower, since a long lever can catch a glass panel. Replacing a mixer with the same brand usually means the existing body can stay in the wall and only the trim changes.
Finishes
Match the mixer to the shower head and rail and to the rest of your tapware. Chrome, matte black, brushed nickel, brushed gold and gunmetal are all represented across the range.
